An easy commute from Michigan State and Downtown Lansing, Haslett is a lovely suburban town with the areas largest lake, creatively named Lake Lansing. Mostly located in Meridian Township, the Haslett area has a bustling commercial center with many shops, restaurants, and The Meridian Mall. There is a diverse housing stock as well, though much of Haslett is neighborhoods and subdivisions. The average sales price in Haslett at the end of the 3rd quarter of 2017 was $273,600, up 6.8% from the sale time period the previous year.
